Keeping motivated

Here at complete fitness we want to encourage as many people as possible to book in for a program review. This service is completly free for members so why not take advantage of it. We dont want you to lose motivation because you are doing the same routine over and over again, when the variety of exercises on offer is endless. If you want to get stronger, fitter and healthier progression is the key. Just speak to one of our gym team to book your program or review.

Science bit!

Your body is amazingly adaptive, when you start a training program within the next few weeks your body will be well adapted to handle the demands. If you do not progress your workouts the body will not see the same benifits you saw when you first started the program.
