Having spent a number of years working within the fitness industry Lorna has held positions's such as Club Duty Manager, Sales and Membership Manager, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Aswell as Her position as Manager at the club Lorna teaches at the club and trains our members. With her own fitness interests and training, along with her knowledge of the fitness industry she has experience and knowledge to benefit you.

liam has knowledge and interest in body building training. He has just completed level 2 gym instruction and is now at college doing his level 3. He is very enthusiastic about the industry and is a valued member of the team.

Paul has knowledge and interest in MMA training. He has just completed level 2 gym instruction and is now at college doing his level 3. Paul is a valued member of the team and always happy to help discuss your goals and needs.
