Kids should never remain inactive for long
The worrying facts are one third of all teenagers are inactive. Only 32 percent of kids aged 6-17 meet minimum standards of cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.

Many kids benefit from exercise programs designed by fitness professionals. Our programs are designed to be fun, to educate kids on how to take care of thier bodies and to improve general health and fitness.
A program with specific exercises will be provided for each child from one of our fully qualified staff, all exercises will be properly demonstated and supervised for safety.
