Classes dont have to be high energy and sweaty all the time we have relaxation classes too. Take a look at our timetable and also listed below are our class descriptions to help you decide which class you wish to try.
Class Descriptions
Spinning
This is a fast paced class on stationary bikes that can be made as easy or as hard as you like. You will work your cardio levels, strength and endurance. Space are limited so book to avoid disappointment
Spin Mountain Climb & Abs
This as above but with a climbing theme, the whole class is based on using resistance while you pedal. You will work your leg muscles to the max and if your short on time this 30 minute class is a great way to fit in a good workout in short amount of time. At the end there is 15 minutes of ab work just incase you want a little more.
Spin
This class is a great calorie burn and fun. Cycling to music working through a range of intensity as your instructor motivates you all the way. Improve cardio levels and stamina, book early as the spaces are limited.
Circuits
Circuits is based on different exercises spaced out as you work at one station for a set amount of time before you move to the next. This will work your full body increasing cardio levels, strength levels and tone all at the same time.
Fitball
Corestability is essential for everyday life. This class will work muscles you never thought you had, you will improve your posture, balance, co-ordination and help reduce injuries.
Kick-Box
Total body workout. Learn boxing and kickboxing techniques aswell as improve your cardio and stamina. You will have fun and its a challenging way to get fit as well as a great stress buster!
Abs Blast
Abs blast classes will give you ideas for mainting a flat stomach you will keep at a steady pace for 15 minutes while you work at just you abs.
Pilates
This class is great way to improve posture, core strength and flexibility. Movements are slow and controlled to perfect your technique for greater results.
Stretch
Stretch is relaxing aswell as incresing the body's flexibility. By increasing your flexibility you lengthen your muscles, improve your posture, increase you range of motion and aid recovery for your workout's.
Step and Burn
A class to develop co-ordination and also improve muscle tone. Working the body from top to toe! Fun and energetic you will improve fitness, strength and feel great!
