Hi/Lo Aerobics

A choreographed routine of high and low impact moves. Suitable for all levels of fitness and co-ordination.

Power Yoga

A dynamic class focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility and finishing with a little relaxation!  A great workout for the mind, body and soul.

Circuits

Circuits give you a total body workout. Working at intervals you will challenge and push your stamina level as well as improve your cardio fitness and burn fat. All levels welcome.

Core Stability

Core stability is essential for everyday life. This class will work muscles you never thought you had, improve your posture, balance co-ordination and reduce injuries. All this using just a Swiss ball.

Abs Blast

This class is 15 minutes of abdominal and back exercises.  An ideal way to work towards getting a flatter stomach!

Pilates

This class is a great way to improve posture, core strength and flexibility.  Movements are slow and controlled and are suitable for all levels of fitness.

Stretch

This class is based on developing flexibility throughout the whole body. Range of motion will be increased, posture improved, muscle soreness reduced and relaxation improved.

Street Dance

Find the hidden dancer in you with this dance inspired exercise class. It starts with simple moves and gradually builds up. Suitable for all levels, a little co-ordination or a sense of humour required. 

Boot Camp

Train like the stars, with this high intensity full body workout. Prepare to face the elements with this outdoor work is required. 

Spinning

This is a fast passed class on stationary bikes that can be made as easy or hard as you like. You will work your cardio levels and strength. Spaces are limited so please book to avoid disappointment

Medicine Ball

A 30 minute workout using a weighted medicine ball.  Work your full body and improve range of motion through a range of exercises.
